Very early we begin to shape ourselves by modelling the people around us, usually our parents and siblings. We unconsciously imitate their rhythms, postures, gestures, and tensions. Besides familial and cultural models, accidents, trauma, illness can determine our shape, so all those life stresses leave us depleted, less whole than our were before.
